Boot Camp

NuStart Health and Fitness has tailored three types of Group session Boot Camps to suit members needs:

These sessions broken down into "Open", "Ladies", "Teenagers". Open Boot Camp is tailored for anyone who is willing to put in the hard yards to get the ultimate results. The Ladies only boot camp is tailored more for ladies with the understanding of particular restrictions that may occur due to gender. The teenage boot camp focusses more on the strengths and development of a teenager.

All Group Sessions include:

• Health Screening
• Extended access to NuStart Website (additional resources and information)
• Fitness Assessments prior and at the completion of each 6 week period

Open Boot Camp

WHERE: McQuade Park, Windsor
CLASS DAYS: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
CLASS TIMES: 6.30am, 5.00pm, 6.10pm & 7.20pm
DURATION: 18 x 1 hour training sessions (over 6 weeks)
COST: $220 including a t-shirt and health screen

Ladies Only Boot Camp

WHERE: McQuade Park, Windsor
CLASS DAYS: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
CLASS TIMES: 9.30am
DURATION: 12 x 1 hour training sessions (over 6 weeks)
COST: $160 including a t-shirt and health screen

Mums and Bubs Boot Camp

WHERE: McQuade Park, Windsor
CLASS DAYS: Wednesday and Friday
CLASS TIMES:10:30am
DURATION: 12 x 1 hour training sessions (over 6 weeks)
COST: $160 including a t-shirt and health screen

Teenagers Boot Camp

WHERE: McQuade Park, Windsor
CLASS DAYS: Monday and Wednesday
CLASS TIMES: 5.00pm
DURATION: 12 x 45 minute training sessions (over 6 weeks)
COST: $120 including health screen
TRAINERS: Lee Hopkins | Martin Duncan
PARENT OR GAURDIAN PERMISION IS REQUIRED
