PINK Ladies Fun Run
NUSTART was proud to take 17 of our NUSTART members to the Sydney PINK Fun Run on Sunday 15th August.
We were very proud of all of the ladies who participated in the 5 or 10km walk and the 2.5km, 5km and 10km runs.
All ladies achieved their personal goals with some participating in their first fun run/walk event that day.
We look for to the next challenging event- The Sydney Running Festival on Sunday 19th September where both Male and Female members can participate.
Those who do are usually the envy of those who only watch.~ unknown ~
NuStart Health & Fitness is a health and fitness provider in the Hawkesbury district in NSW. Currently we specialise in running boot camps out of McQuade Park in Windsor. We also offer personal training services, nutritional advice and Massage Therapy.
